Wash your evenly chopped meat. Add in finely chopped garlic,salt and black pepper. Mix them to blend well into the meat. In a skillet,add some oil. Put in your meat and let it simmer on low heat.

In another pot, bring your water to a boil. Add in the flour in small portions mixing in well with your wooden spatula on medium heat. Mix well till all the flour is well blended.Reduce heat and leave it to cook for a few minutes before turning, to ensure its well cooked. Once ugali has become firm, smoothen it all round and turn it over to a plate.

Meanwhile,prepare your kachumbari by dicing the red onion, tomatoe and coriander.Mix them together and add salt. Squeeze in lemon juice to the kachumbari.

If your meat isnt tender,add in some water and bring to simmer. Pour in some cooking oil and the other red onion which you had chopped and green onion. You can add coriander too. Let the meat cook for some few minutes to avoid burning.

Serve your meal as desired.
