Sapodilla Laddoo
Steps

Take 500gm sapodilla, cut into two halves and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Then mash it using a spoon.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the mashed sapodilla. Cook the sapodilla until it gets dried up.

Add vanilla essence into, mix well well. Then add desiccated coconut into it.

Mix well, also add milk powder and mix well, so that there are no lumps.

Fry raisins in another pan and add them into the sapodilla mix. Give the mix a shape and make laddoo out of it.

Coat them with desiccated coconut. Tasty sapodilla laddoo are ready to be served.
