Ingredients

30 minutes
4 to 6 servings
  1. 3 slicesthin chicken breast
  2. 1small jar 10 oz roasted tomatoes,poor off liquid
  3. 3-4 tbsgarlic
  4. 1-2 tsppaprika
  5. Fresh basil
  6. 1-2 tsporegano
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
  8. Fresh spinach
  9. 1/2-3/4 cupheavy cream
  10. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  11. 1/4-1/2 cupsparmesan cheese
  12. Double ingredient s if want more sauce!

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Grill your chicken or lightly breaded with flour and fry. I like grilled!

    In a large skillet if you fried use that one once you removed the chicken, add a little butter and sauté the garlic and roasted tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Once sauté add chicken broth or stock heavy cream and parmesan cheese and on low heat. If you feel too thick add a little more broth or to thin a little more heavy cream. Place chicken in and spinach on top. Cover and flip chicken after about 5 minutes. Place on your favorite pasta. (I like angle hair). Goes well with a nice salad and bread. Enjoy!
