1/3 cupparm cheese
1 cupartichoke heart s diced
2 tbspMed herbs
1 tspsea salt
2 tspblack pepper
2 tbspolive oil / lemon

Flatten chicken w mallet, pound flat and sprinkle w salt and pepper

Spoon filling into chicken roll, and push in stuffing, use a tooth pick to secure place in baking dish. Preheat oven at 375. Place in a ceramic covered baking dish. Use herbs on top and add more mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes
