If poatoes are clean enough - chop into 2cm chunks and boil. Place 1 teaspoon minimum of turmeric into the water

Trim greenbeans. Fry lamb mince and green beans.

Once browned drain any excess fat then stir in ginger puree and north Indian style spice mix and 1 teaspoon turmeric. Add in veg stock paste n water.

Bring to boil and then simmer until beans are tender. Stir mango chutney through add a splash of water if it gets dry

Combine with poatoes and serve
