Combine oats, beaten rice & puffed rice, dry roast them on a slow flame till crispy ; for 7-8 minutes. Cool completely. Mix well. Keep aside.

Sukha chutney : Blend all the ingredients for sukha chutney without using any water. Keep aside.

Transfer about 1/4 of the dry mixture in a deep bowl. Add sukha chutney & mix well.

Add all the other ingredients & mix well. Take it out into individual bowls & serve immediately.

Note. : I have made 1 bowl here by adding 1-11/2 tbsp dry chutney (depending on how spicy you want). Assemble the other 3 bowls the same way & serve immediately.
