Start your water boiling for your pasta, mine is always salted with a table spoon of oil

Add the olive oil to a skillet, saute on a low heat Add Garlic, Shallot and anchovies, add lemon 🍋 Zest and juice

Now add the Wine and have a sip,if you wouldn't drink it, DON'T cook with it. Now add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Now raise the heat a little an cook off most of the alcohol.....I did

Reduce to a saute temperature add the linguini and CHEESE......I Did use tbsp and small amount of water to thicken serve with bread you won't wanna leave anything on the plate....ENJOY
