For tikki
1)Blanch palak and boil mutter - 2
Wash poha and keep it aside by straining water

Mash boiled potato
- 4
Cut cabbage take kadai saute cabbage to remove all moisture

Grind palak and mutter, cabbage with green chilli

Take bowl add poha potato and add the batter of peas palak and spinach add all spices

Take small portion and make tikki

Put butter on tawa and roast tikki or fry in oil

For chole
Soak Kabuli chane overnight with half teaspoon of baking soda - 11
Morning strain the water, wash it twice and thrice, take cooker put chane water, Amla, salt and give whistle on high flame for 10 minutes and then on slow flame for 10-15 minutes

Take kadai put oil, jeera, hing, chopped onion, grated ginger saute till golden brown

Put chane, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, kala namak,dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, jeera powder, amchur powder, garam masala, saunf, kasuri methi, chole masala and mix well

Cover for 5 minutes and let it cook

Now garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and hot ghee and cover for 5 minutes

Take plate put tikki pour chole chutney pomegranate seeds

Crispy tikki chole ready to serve
