Ingredients

  1. 300 gchana dal
  2. Salt
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tsphing
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 3 tbspchilli paste
  7. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. leavesChop curry
  9. leavesChop mint
  10. leavescoriander
  11. 2big size chopped onion
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Serving for kabab and, cut onions and fry chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and soak chana dal for 5 hours. Drain the chanadal finely

    Now add chopped onion paste salt jeera turmeric mint curry leaves and Coriander and mix well make the vada shape the mixture into a lemon size ball and press it down beetroot your palms. Prepare the other vadas similarly.

    Heat oil for deep frying deep fry the vada on full heat until golden brown and crispy.
