Steps

Heat a pan add ghee chopped carrot saute it for about 3_4 minutes
Now mash the carrots - 2
Now add milk bring to boil along with mixture, stir continuously on low flame
Let the milk gets totally thicken now add jaggery cook until it gets dissolved totally. - 3
Let the mixture gets cooked on a low flame for about 5 mins.
Once it start leaving ghee on the surface on the pan add khoya, give a stir and off the flame.
Transfer it to serving plate. Garnish with dry fruits - 4
Serve hot.
