Heat oil in a pan add garlic chilli ginger pasta.in it them add onion capsicum carrots cabbage and mix well. Now add soya sauce salt along with black pepper powder. Do not let this mixture rise too much. After sauce for 5 minutes immediately switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down.

Take the prepared sheet and place a spoonful of stuffing in between. Apply a light paste of maida slurry on the edge of the sheet and roll it.

Prepare all the rolls in this way. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot. Fry the prepared rolls until golden brown in colour.
