Sautéed Broccolini

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 Tbsyour favorite cooking oil I used grape seed
  2. 2 Tbsminced garlic
  3. Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  4. 1 bunchbroccolini (cut stems, cut in half lengthwise if thick)
  5. 1/4 tspfresh cracked salt, more if needed
  6. 2 Tbswater
  7. 2 TbsParmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the olive oil in a large lidded skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds, then add the broccolini and salt and toss.

    Cook, tossing occasionally, for 2 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese. Add the water, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until tender and bright green.
