Firstly boiled the potatoes and then mash it.

Then mix salt,red chilli powder, amchur powder,chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.

Then wash the big green chilli and make cut in between green chilli.

Now to prepare its covering,Take gram flour in 1 bowl add Salt,asofoetida and 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, fennel seed and mix it and make a thick batter.

Take a wok heat the oil Now dip the mirchi in batter and put it in the oil for deep fry.serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce
