Ingredients

  1. 2.5 tbspchia seeds
  2. 150 mlMilk or almond milk
  3. 1banana
  4. 4-5grapes
  5. 3-4strawberry
  6. 1-2dates

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a blender: take milk + half banana + grapes+ strawberry + chia seeds and blend well

  2. 2

    Transfer it to a glass container. Add chopped dates or a sweetener if necessary and refrigerate overnight

  3. 3

    Now add chopped bananas, nuts if required and enjoy your pudding

  4. 4

    Optionally you can add Greek yogurt or any protein substitute to make it protein rich breakfast
