Sweet potato Roast
Steps

Collect sweet potatoes, wash well with plain water.

Add sweet potatoes and water in to a cooker. Keep three whistles. Remove from flame.Let it cool for five minutes. Then peel off the skin. Cut in to pieces.

Keep a on medium kadai, add coconut oil, mustard seeds,urad dal and curry leaves,let it fry till golden colour. Now add sweet potato pieces, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt,mix well till raw smell of masala goes out. Then remove from flame.

Super tasty sweet potato roast is ready. You can eat like snacks. Transfer to a serving plate.
