Healthy Tofu pancakes
Steps

Mix the chopped beet leaves capsicum corn in a bowl, if you dont have beet leaves you can use spinach also

Now crumble and add masala tofu, all the spices mix well

Add bajra flour and semolina, water to form a batter like that of pancake
- 4
Heat the tawa, add oil and make pancakes on medium flame. Cook till golden brown on both the sides

Serve with green chutney and sauce
