Bread Rolls

Another mouth watering snack for
Ramadhan Iftar.🌙
Steps

Boil the potatoes and fresh green peas.
Finely chopped onion, coriander, chilli and ginger.
Chop the brown edge of bread and roll it to make them flat. - 2
Take 1 tbsp of oil in a pan,saute onion, crushed chilli and ginger and mix in mashed potato and peas mixture.
Add coriander,salt, crushed black pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well and keep the mixture in a fridge for 10 minutes to set a little bit. - 3
After resting,make a small cylinder shape from the mixture,
Roll it in the flattened bread and stick it with water. Make all rolls ready. - 4
Heat the oil and fry all the rolls on medium heat.
Remove from the oil and place on the kitchen napkin to absorb extra oil from the rolls.
Bread Rolls are ready.
Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy the Iftar..🌙 - 5
