Firstly add 1tsp of ghee and fry vermiceli roast it on slow flame till it turns light golden brown and fragrant keep aside. In another large kadai heat 1tsp ghee add dry fruits fry on low flame keep aside.

Now add milk and boil it stir occasionally to prevent the milk from burning add Roasted nuts and mix well. Low the heat and simmer for 15 minutes or till the milk thickens. Add vermiceli and sugar stir it.

Now add cardamom nutmeg saffron and kewada water. Alternatively use rose water

Serve Sheer khorma hot or cold.
