Garlic Butter Potato Balls

Take a bowl and add Mashed Potato - 4 Nos.

Then add Garlic - 1/2 TSP (Chopped) & add Italian Seasoning - 1/2 TSP.

Then add Salt - As per your Taste and Mix it well.

Then add Corn Flour - 1 TSP & add Bread Crumbs - 1 TSP & mix everything well & prepare a thick dough.

Apply oil on the palm & gently start rolling the potato dough into small balls.

Take a kadai and add oil and heat it.

And drop the Potato balls into the kadai for deep frying.

Fry the potato balls till it reaches golden brown colour and move it to a serving plate.

Take a pan add butter and add chopped garlic and add Italian seasoning.

And add salt and mix it well to form the butter garlic sauce.

In the serving plate pour the prepared butter garlic sauce on the top of the potato balls.

Then Garnish With Coriander Leaves.

Garlic Butter Potato Balls is ready to serve.
