Looking for a delectable plant-based dish bursting with flavor? Look no further! My recipe combines the crispiness of fried pak choi with the savory goodness of vegan sausages, creating a mouthwatering sensation you won't be able to resist.

Wash the pak choi thoroughly and slice it.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the fresh garlic and the sausages and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Once the sausages got the desired colour, add the pak Choi and let it fry for another 4 mins.
Add the soy sauce and finish cooking until the pak Choi becomes good to your taste. (it is recommended a bit crispy) - 4
Serve the vegan pak choi sausages hot with your favorite sides or use them in sandwiches, wraps, or salads. Enjoy your delicious plant-based meal!🔥🔥
