Take milk and turn in the flame. Let's to come a boil. When the milk boil. Turn off the flame. After few minutes add lemon juice to the milk little at a time and stir regularly.

Now the milk start to ferment. Leave it aside for 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes the milk ferment completely and paneer separately. Now take a cotton cloth and filter the paneer. Add cold water to the paneer to wash away the lemon's flavour.

Remove the excess water from paneer by pressing with a rolling board. This also solidifies the paneer. Soft paneer is ready now.

After 10-15 minutes cut paneer into pieces. Almost 200 gm paneer is ready now..... 🥰🥰
