Steps

At first, take a pan boil water. Add salt and soya chunks. Boil it for 10-12 minutes. Then strain it.

Take a kadhai add mustard oil. Let it heat, add asafoetida, cumin seeds and bay leaf. Stir it then add crushed ginger and chopped green chilli. Stir it.

Then add chopped onion. Stir well and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix it well and cook it for turn soft and golden. Add chopped tomato and mix everything well.

Add fresh cream and mix it well. Add salt, dry mango powder and black salt. Mix it well. Add soya chunks. Mix everything well.

Add hot water and garam masala. Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minute to absorb the water.

Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp ghee on top. Mix everything well.

Soya Chunks Curry is ready now. Serve it hot with roti or paratha and enjoy..... 😋😋
