Take one tablespoon subja seeds and soaked in water.soak it for at least 30minutes then add ice cubes and thandai mixture in one glass.

Then add chilled milk and gulkand.now stir it well again.if you don't have chilled milk then add 2 ice cubes.

Serve it chilled. For additional sweetness add sugar.
