Method :-
Wash & wipe the bhindi & green chili & cut it in to half { silted }Heat oil in a pan & sauté bhindi in 2 batches keep separate

In same oil add Achari masala when they crackle add ginger & tomatoes sauté for 2-3 min then add all masala in dahi whisk it & add.
Cook for a couple of minutes till oil separate add bhindi & switch of the gas & stir it nicely
Serve with hot Chapati
