Steps

Chop and peel all the vegetable.
Cook the potato peelings the same as vegetable but on separate tray they will crisp better. - 2
Slice potato for chips.
Use one potato for diced Bombay potatoes, and season these with salt and pepper, tikka curry powder and chilli powder Chinese 5 spice and fried onions. - 3
Peel and slice your carrots Julienne style.
Salt and pepper and oil towards the end add a dob of butter. - 4
Lay them all out on a tray and cook on air-fry mode keep moving around every 5 mins.
I served these with a beef curry.
