This is one of those quick meals that comes from not knowing what to cook! You just see what you have, throw it together and pray it comes out well! Whole 30 ingredients make this a great go to in a healthy pinch!

In a large sauce pot, brown ground beef.

Add carrots, onion, mushrooms, onion powder, garlic powder, basil and salt

Cook on medium heat stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender
- 4
In a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix) add chicken or beef stock and cashews. Blend on high for 5 minutes or on the hot soup setting.

Pour the cashew cream sauce into the pot with the ground beef and vegetables. Stir, serve and enjoy!!
