It's a yummy healthy gujrati recipe of cluster beans. Must try once.
Steps

Wash clean cluster beans and boil it in water along with potato, let it cook till 80%.

Heat up oil in pan, add black pepper, cumin seeds and bay leaf. Add chopped onion and fry till translucent.

Add chopped green chilli, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes and fry it till tomatoes become soft.

In a grinder add garlic, sessame seeds,peanut, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Grind it coarsely and keep aside.

Add this ground masala to pan.
Mix it well and add water accordingly. Cover and cook for few minutes. - 7
Then add boiled cluster beans and potato.mix and cook it covered.

And our gavar nu shake is ready.
Have it along with roti or fulka.
