In a large pot cook rice according to package directions til tender and barely any water remain. Set aside and keep warm.

In a large skillet add beef, onion, and peppers. Cook til meat is no longer pink and veggies are soft. Drain the grease add rest of ingredients along with 1Cup of water. Cook til sauce thickens. Once done serve over rice and enjoy immediately 😋💕.
