Rajasthani Malpua

Make ready all the ingredients and mix maida flour with milk powder.
Now add milk to it and knead the flour and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes.
Now we have to make the syrup like sage thick honey, when it is done, add cardamom powder to it. - 2
Now heat ghee in a pan and make malpua with a spoon.
When it becomes one side, flip it with the help of a spoon and cook it on slow flame. - 3
Now keep it in the syrup for 10-15 minutes.
This is how our Rajasthani Malpua has been prepared and the taste is very good. - 4
Now put dry fruits on a plate and sprinkle rose petals and serve
