  • 1 Bowlmilk powder
  • 1 Bowlmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 -3cardamom
  • 2-3almonds
  • 2-3cashews
  • 4-5pistachios
  • Ghee for frying

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Make ready all the ingredients and mix maida flour with milk powder.
    Now add milk to it and knead the flour and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes.
    Now we have to make the syrup like sage thick honey, when it is done, add cardamom powder to it.

    Now heat ghee in a pan and make malpua with a spoon.
    When it becomes one side, flip it with the help of a spoon and cook it on slow flame.

    Now keep it in the syrup for 10-15 minutes.
    This is how our Rajasthani Malpua has been prepared and the taste is very good.

    Now put dry fruits on a plate and sprinkle rose petals and serve
