First of all collect all the ingredients.. I have roasted cashews, almonds, pistachios and fennel seeds.

Add everything in a mixer jar and take out the cardamom seeds. Grind everything coarsely. Now the Thandai masala powder is ready. When this masala is to be used, you can add gulkand and dry rose petals.

Soaking this thandai powder in milk or boiling it before use gives a great taste. Lassi, ice cream, milk and sherbet can also be made from this. can be used at any time of summer season or Holi festival.
