Mix all the vegetables and lightly fry them with 2 tbs oil for 3-4 mins. Untill this color.

Take 2.5 glass Rice and leave it to soak for 30mins

Take a pot and put in oil, cinnamon sticks, badhyan phool, 3 cloves, 1 bari elaichi, 3 choti elaichi, 1 tsp sabit zeera. After half a min add sliced onion until light brown. And then add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste (dhaniya and green chilli grinded with little water), salt, lal mirch, crushed zeera
Cook it for 2-3 mins

Add fried vegies in the pot. Mix for 2-3 mins. Then add 4 cup water and either 1 chicken cube or chicken powder.
Wait for it to boil and vegetables to soften on medium high flame 🔥

After potato is soft, add soaked rice. Add more water if required, such that water level is just 1 inch above. Add two red chilis on top.
Wait for water to boil in medium high flame.
Once boiled. Change the flame to medium.
Note: you can also add lemon juice here for taste.
