Chop the pepper, chillies, onion & garlic finely in a chopper and squeeze the water out.

In a bowl, add the meat and the chopped mixture. Add in all other ingredients and mix.

Make thin kababs around the flat foil skewers. Shallow fry in a pan for 10-12 mins along with slitted jalapeño.
