  1. 500 gMinced Chicken
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Red Bell Pepper
  4. 7-8Green Chilies
  5. HalfBunch of Cilantro
  6. 2 TspPaprika
  7. 2 TspBlack Pepper Powder
  8. 2 TspSalt
  9. 1 TspGaram Masala
  10. 1 TspCumin Powder
  11. 1 TspSeven Spices
  12. 2 TbspOil
  13. 2 TspLemon Juice
  14. 2-3Jalapeño

  1. 1

    Chop the pepper, chillies, onion & garlic finely in a chopper and squeeze the water out.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, add the meat and the chopped mixture. Add in all other ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Make thin kababs around the flat foil skewers. Shallow fry in a pan for 10-12 mins along with slitted jalapeño.
