Combine 12 oz. marinara, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and meatballs in a bowl.

Transfer to Pyrex and top with 1 cup mozzarella and a dusting of parmesan. Freeze.

When ready to eat, thaw in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook 8 oz. if noodles and add to thawed casserole. Cook in 30 minute increments until 165°F.
