Steps

Cut the beetroot into slices and steam it for 5 mins

Mash the boiled potato, add spices, cabbage and onion and mix well

In a plate arrange the beet slices, apply green chutney on it. Add the potato stuffing, sev pomegranate seeds, grapes

Press the beetroot slices cut into half. Now in a serving plate arrange the beet Sandwich bites. Garnish with coriander, sev, grapes, curd drops and serve
