Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1(5- ounce) can of tuna packed in olive oil, drained
  • 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp)low FODMAP mayonnaise (Hellman's Real Mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/8 tspsalt
  • 1/8 tsppepper
  • 8 sliceswhite bread, toasted

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Spread tuna mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.

  3. 3

    Slice and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Enjoy! 🥪🐟
