In medium size bowl add red chilli and pour hot water on it and cover it.After it soaked add in mixi jar and grind it.

Heat pan add oil when it warm add chopped garlic and soute it for 30 seconds.,until it golden brown.

Then add chopped ginger and stir it,add grind chill paste.and mix it well,add 1/4 cup water.cook it for 30 seconds then add tomato sauce,soya sauce,cornstarch,cinnamon powder and salt and 1/4 tbsp sugar mix it well

Ready your Shejwan sauce you can make Shejwan rice.and enjoy.
