Ingredients

  • 1 kglamb
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1big segment of ginger
  • 1big red onion, sliced
  • 9bird eyes red chilies
  • 2 spoonsCurry powder
  • 2 spoonsgaram masala
  • 2 spoonscoriander powder
  • 2 sliceslemon grass
  • 4lime leaves
  • 50 grbutter
  • 3 spoonsolive oil
  • Salt to taste

Steps

1 hr:30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat olive oil and butter medium hit, fried the Lamb until golden brown

    Blend chilies, garlic, ginger, mixed all dried spices in the blender, blend them all.

    Take out the lamb, and put it a side

    Fried sliced onions with the oil remaining from the Lamb until it smells good.

    Add all spices in the blender into fried onion, add water placed the lamb back into the pan cook it for 1 hour,
    After one hour add coconut milk.

    Let it all mixed together for 10 minutes, then you can enjoy your lamb with rice and springkles of fried onion on top!
