I a small bowl, combine the lime juice, broth, garlic, cayenne, and cumin.

Rub mixture over steak and place into baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Great broker (or outdoor grill), and cook steak to dried doneness. About 5 minutes on each side for medium.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet, and add red pepper and onions. Cook over medium heat. Saute until onion is golden brown.
