Ingredients

  1. 2 Tbsplime juice, fresh
  2. 1 tbspbeef broth
  3. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  4. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
  5. 2 tspcumin (optional)
  6. 2 Tbspolive oil
  7. 1onion, thinly sliced
  8. 1 lbflank steak

Steps

  1. 1

    I a small bowl, combine the lime juice, broth, garlic, cayenne, and cumin.

  2. 2

    Rub mixture over steak and place into baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Great broker (or outdoor grill), and cook steak to dried doneness. About 5 minutes on each side for medium.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet, and add red pepper and onions. Cook over medium heat. Saute until onion is golden brown.

    Top steak with pepper and onion mixture.
