Ingredients

  • 4large navel oranges
  • 1 cupsliced onion
  • 1/4 cupfresh cilantro
  • 1 cupsliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • 1 teaspoondried oregano
  • 1 tablespoonchipotle or new mexico chili powder
  • 1 cupMexican beer

Steps

    Toast cumin seeds, oregano, and chili powder until they are fragrant

    Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and use
