Roughly chop the vegetables and prepare them.
Loosen the Okinawa soba noodles in the package. - 2
Start by stir-frying the pork in a skillet.
Next, add the vegetables.
(Just like making a vegetable stir-fry.) - 3
Once the ingredients are well cooked, add the loosened Okinawa soba noodles. Season with sauce and ketchup, and mix everything well.

(If you like it spicy, sprinkle with pepper to taste.)
