My husband said, 'I really want to eat this,' so he bought Okinawa soba noodles... Since he insisted, I tried making yakisoba with Okinawa soba for the first time, and wow! It turned out surprisingly delicious.

Loosen the Okinawa soba noodles in the package.

Start by stir-frying the pork in a skillet.
Next, add the vegetables.
(Just like making a vegetable stir-fry.)

Once the ingredients are well cooked, add the loosened Okinawa soba noodles. Season with sauce and ketchup, and mix everything well.
