In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sugar, salt, and cornstarch well.

Heat a frying pan and lightly coat it with oil. Pour in half of the egg mixture and spread it thinly over the entire pan.

Once the egg mixture is set, turn off the heat and flip the egg from the edge. Turn the heat back on for about 30 seconds, then turn it off again.

Once cooked, remove the egg and cook another one.

When you have two thin omelets, stack them and cut into four equal parts.

Slice the cucumber thinly.

Spread a thin layer of margarine on the white bread.

Place two pieces of thin omelet, one slice of ham, and some cucumber on the margarine-spread bread, then top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich.
