  1. Casserole
  2. 1Whole Rotisserie Chicken
  3. 1 packagesWide Noodles (12 oz)
  4. 32 ozChicken Broth
  5. 2 cupWater
  6. 1/2Onion (chopped)
  7. 1/2Green Pepper (chopped)
  8. 3/4Stick of Butter
  9. 1 lbVelveeta
  10. 1 canRotel (drained)
  11. 1 canCream of Chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Tear apart rotisserie chicken and put aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare noodles in the chicken broth and water

  4. 4

    Saute the chopped onions and green peppers in the butter.

  5. 5

    After veggies are tender add Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes) and stir often until melted.

  6. 6

    Add soup, rotel, chicken, and prepared noodles.

  7. 7

    Pour into casserole dish and cook for 20-25 minutes.
