PoohTheDude's Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Look, I'm not gonna lie. I found this recipe on a bag of off-brand chocolate chips. It's definitely the best I've ever had. Follow the recipe to a T and you'll get lightly crispy outer edges and chewy inner cookies. Give em a try. You won't be disappointed.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
- 3
In separate large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
- 4
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture.
- 5
Stir in chocolate chips.
- 6
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 7
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. I let them sit on the baking sheet for the 11 minutes I'm baking my next set of cookies.
- 8
Get some nice milk and eat em up.
