Ingredients

  1. 14 oz (400 g)edamame in pods
  2. 1-2 tablespoonsolive oil (15–30 ml)
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. 1-2 tablespoonswater (15–30 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim the ends off the edamame pods.

  2. 2

    Place the edamame in a skillet and cook until they start to char. Once charred, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam.

  3. 3

    When the water has evaporated, add olive oil, chopped garlic, and salt. Toss to coat, and it's ready to serve.
