Ingredients

  1. 1 (16 ounce)package Oreo cookies
  2. 2 (3 1/2 ounce)packages Instant Vanilla Pudding
  3. 3 cupsMilk
  4. 1 (8 ounce)package Cream Cheese
  5. 1 cupPowdered Sugar
  6. 1/2 cupButter or 1/2 cup Margarine
  7. 1 (8 ounce)container Cool Whip, thawed

Cooking Instructions

    Crush Oreo cookies in a blender or food processor.

  2. 2

    Put half of the crushed cookies on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.

    Mix together the pudding and milk.

  4. 4

    Chill until set.

  5. 5

    In a separate bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

    Fold in prepared pudding then Cool Whip.

  7. 7

    Spread mixture over cookie crumbs.

  8. 8

    Top with remaining cookie crumbs.

  9. 9

    Freeze at least 8 hours before serving.
