I had some frozen edamame with frost on it, so I decided to stir-fry it♫

If using fresh edamame, boil it in salted water. If using frozen edamame, microwave it. It's tastier with a good amount of salt.

Sauté the minced garlic and sliced red chili pepper in olive oil, being careful not to burn them.

Add the edamame and toss quickly. Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper♬
