Ingredients

  1. 4 sheetsseaweed (nori)
  2. 3 cupcooked rice
  3. 8imitation crab sticks
  4. 50 gboiled eel
  5. 2cucumbers
  6. 30 gwhite radish sprouts
  7. 20 gfryingfish roe (tobbiko)
  8. for sushi vinegar
  9. 4 tablespoonsvinegar
  10. 2 tablespoonssugar
  11. 1 teaspoonsalt

  1. 1

    To make sushi vinegar, place vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix well. Combine sushi vinegar and cooked rice while it is warm in a bowl.

    Cut a cucumber into 1cm loong stick.

  3. 3

    Spread a bamboo mat and place a sheet of nori on the mat.

  4. 4

    Spread the cooked sushi rice on the top of nori.

  5. 5

    Place the long cucumber on the end side of nori. Place a immitation crab, boiled eel and whiteradish sprouts on it. Add some fryingfish roe on them.

  6. 6

    Roll up the sushirice (step5) with the bamboo mat.

  7. 7

    Cut the roll into small pieces. It's done!
