Ingredients

  1. 3-4steaks of Batang Fish or any thick-cuts white fish fillet
  2. 1 dashsalt
  3. 1 dashpaprika
  4. Generous dash of Turmeric Powder
  5. 1 dashpepper
  6. 1 dashgarlic powder
  7. A fewdrops of sesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Dust the Batang steaks with all the dry mix. Leave to marinade for about 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Heat Airfryer 180C for 4 mins

  3. 3

    Add a few drops of sesame oil on fish and place on the grill pan. Set to cook for 6mins.

  4. 4

    Turn the steaks after 6mins and set to cook again for another 4mins

  5. 5

    Viola ! Fish is done. Time to continue playing Pokemon Go😀!
