Ingredients

1 cuppowdered sugar
1 cuppowdered milk
1/2 cupboiling water
2 tablespoonsroom temperature butter, if you want it a bit yellow

Sift the powdered milk and sugar, then mix them together. Add the boiling water and blend until smooth. I didn't add the butter in this recipe, but if you want to, it gives the milk a yellow tint.

Store in a clean, dry glass jar and use in dessert recipes. Enjoy!
