Steps
- 1
Generously wet the gyoza wrappers with water and stack them together.
- 2
Place your fillings, such as ham and cheese, on top.
- 3
Fold in the edges.
- 4
Fold over about halfway, covering the ham.
- 5
Continue folding into a rectangle. If you fold in the sides, the cheese won’t leak out.
- 6
Place on a sheet of parchment paper and toast in a toaster oven. This time, bake at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes. Adjust as needed.
- 7
When the surface is golden brown, it’s ready!
